Opening of the Le Tripick restaurant-brewery: a new gem for Liège beer in the heart of Guillemins
In May 2022, the Le Tripick brewery opened its doors in the Guillemins district of Liège, right across from the iconic train station. This new establishment aims to be the go-to spot for its namesake beer, offering a chic yet relaxed atmosphere where Belgian cuisine meets local products and short supply chains.
Le Tripick brewery, located at the corner of Place and Rue des Guillemins, has quickly found its place in this vibrant neighborhood. Driven by the spirit of innovation and conviviality of the famous Tripick beer, this establishment has become a must-visit destination for lovers of craft beer and local gastronomy. Le Tripick is not just a simple restaurant but a true homage to the namesake beer, which was born in 2017 under the initiative of Emmanuel Mewissen, Nicolas Léonard, and Frédéric Ambroise. This beer, brewed at Lupulus, is the result of a shared passion for hops and the terroir of the region. Today, seven varieties are now available, including Tripick 5, a dry hop, and Tripick 3, a fruity white beer with a pear-grande flavor, and the success of this craft beer continues to grow.
The brewery, which spans 200 square meters, offers about 40 seats indoors and around 30 on a covered and heated outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying the Liège sun in any season.
